About Milo Adventist Academy

Since its founding in 1954, Milo Adventist Academy (Milo) has been committed to challenging and enabling youth to grow both in spiritual and academic wisdom. Milo has high standards – not to discourage, but to challenge all students and help them reach honorable goals: academically, physically, socially, and spiritually. Students will learn to highly value themselves and those around them. As a Christian boarding school, attendance of church services and nightly worship services in the dormitory are required. About Milo, Oregon

Milo is a small unincorporated community in the rural area of Oregon. One of the closest communities to Milo, called Days Creek, has a population of 272 people while the city of Canyonville, population 1,875, is a driving distance of 30 minutes from Milo Adventist Academy. Students should note that cell phone service is limited because of the school’s location, and the internet may be slower than in larger, urban areas. The benefit of this is that it can help create a distraction-free learning environment!
